Comprehensive Helicopter Services

Oaksey Park Airfield offers a comprehensive range of facilities and services for private, commercial and specialist helicopter operations, with competitive rates and support tailored to individual operational needs.

Operating Hours:

Standard hours:

Mon-Sun 09:00 - 17:00L (Winter UTC)

Mon-Sun 10:00 - 18:00L (Summer BST)

Out-of-hours services are available by prior arrangement and are charged at the following rates:

• £50 per hour outside standard aerodrome operating hours.
• £75 per hour after 21:00 local time.

Fuel Services:

We offer fuel services seven days a week to support a range of helicopter and general aviation operations.

• Jet A1 (F35): Available seven days a week.
• AVGAS 100LL: Available seven days a week.
• Military visitors: Account facilities available through AEG Fuels/NSPA.
• HEMS and NPAS: Jet A1 available 24/7 365.

Out-of-hours fuelling is available by prior arrangement and is limited to aircraft shutdown refuelling.

In accordance with HMRC Excise Notice 554, customers purchasing Jet A-1 from Austen Aviation Services Ltd must complete the appropriate declaration where the fuel is intended for private pleasure flying.

Helicopter Maintenance

On-site helicopter maintenance is provided by NEXA Aero, which specialises in the Agusta A109.

Services include maintenance, inspections and technical support across a range of helicopter types.

While we endeavour to accommodate requests wherever possible, advance notice is particularly important for out-of-hours operations so that appropriate staffing and facilities can be arranged.

All visiting flight crews are responsible for familiarising themselves with local noise-sensitive areas and complying with the applicable aerodrome procedures.

Oaksey Park Airfield is a Customs & Excise Regulated Approved Aerodrome, allowing us to support international arrivals and departures as required.
